Source: Human skeletal muscle. Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis.  

Analysis: Purity more than 95 % (SDS-PAGE). Protein content determined by the Lowry procedure. Immunological identity confirmed by reaction with monoclonal antibody that is specific for the TnT skeletal muscle isoform.
