MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: 3G7, 4F8, 4F12, 5F10, 9C10, 10H1 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant leptin.  

Specificity: MAbs recognize recombinant human leptin and leptin circulating in human blood.  

Applications: Leptin immunoassay. All MAbs recognize human leptin in Western blotting. MAbs were tested in sandwich immunoassay with human blood samples. All recommended pairs recognize antigen in human blood with high sensitivity. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture - conjugate): 3G7 - 4F12 4F12 - 3G7 3G7 - 9C10 4F12 - 10H1
