Clones Offered: TetE3, TetH6, TetG2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with supernatant from C. tetani.  

Specificity: All MAbs have toxin neutralization activity (in vivo assay)  

Applications: ELISA, Western blotting  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
