Clones Offered: 5H7, 4A3 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human alpha-fetoprotein.  

Specificity: MAbs react with different determinants of human alpha-fetoprotein. MAbs do not cross-react with human albumin.  

Applications: We recommend the following pair in sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 4A3 - 5H7  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
