MoAb Isotype: IgG2b for MAb 2H11  

Clones Offered: 2H11 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified peroxidase from horseradish.  

Specificity: Horseradish peroxidase, isoforms with pI from 3.5 to 9.5. MAb 2H11 does not influence on enzymatic activity upon immune complex formation.  

Applications: Detection of peroxidase-antiperoxidase complex in immunohistochemistry and ELISA.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
