MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 1H9  

Clones Offered: 1H9 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with legumin purified from plant seeds (Faba bona).  

Specificity: MAb 1H9 recognizes legumin from Faba bona, Pisum sativum, Lens culinaris, Vicia cracca, Melilotus albus. MAb 1H9 doesn't recognize legumin from Phaseolus vulgaris. No cross-reactivity with any other plant proteins.  

Applications: MAbs are working in ELISA. Since MAbs do not have any cross-reaction with proteins of animal origin one possible application is the blocking of non-specific binding (substitute anti-rabbit IgG serum) for immunochromatography technique, etc.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
