MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 5H3, 8E7, 8F11 and 3C2 IgG2a for MAbs 9E7 and 9D8 IgG2b for MAb 4D2  

Clones Offered: 4D2, 9E7, 5H3, 9D8, 8E7, 8F11, 3C2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human plasminogen.  

Specificity: MAbs 4D2 and 9E7 react with human plasminogen. MAbs 9D8, 8E7 and 3C2 react with human plasminogen and plasmin molecules. MAbs 5H3 and 8F11 react with plasminogen, plasmin and angiostatin. No cross-reactivity with other human serum proteins.  

Applications: Affinity purification of human plasminogen. Detection of plasminogen in ELISA and immunohistochemistry. All MAbs work in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution must be determined by experimentation. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 8F11 - 8E7 and 5H3 - 8E7
