Clones Offered: 2H9, 5A6, 8A6, 5G6, PS1, PS2, PS6 New MAb: 1H12 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human PSA antigen purified from seminal plasma.

Applications: Detection of PSA antigen. Recommended pairs for detection of total PSA (coating - conjugate): 5A6-2H9, PS2 - PS6, 5G6 - 5A6. Best pair: 1H12- 5A6 Recommended pairs for detection of free PSA (coating - conjugate): 5A6-8A6, 2H9-8A6, PS2-PS1, PS1-PS2, 8A6 - 5A6. Best pair: 8A6 - 5A6 MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.  

Purity: MAbs PS1, PS2 and PS6 by ion exchange chromatography and other MAbs by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.  

Presentation: MAbs 2H9, 5A6, 8A6, 5G6 and 1H12 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3). MAbs PS1, PS2 and PS6 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05 % of sodium azide (NaN3).
