MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs GC44, GC10 IgG2a for MAbs GC25, GC30 IgG2b for MAb GC11  

Clones Offered: GC25, GC30, GC44 New MAbs: GC10, GC11 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant hsGC a1ß1 heterodimer.  

Specificity: GC44 and GC10: hsGC α-subunit. GC25, GC30, GC11: hsGC β-subunit.  

Applications: hsGC immunoassay. All MAbs are working in ELISA and Western blotting. The best MAbs for Western blotting are GC10 and GC11.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
