Clones Offered: 7-1, 2B6, 5B11, 7F8, 10D2, 11F5, 13E4, 23D10 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human soluble transferrin receptor.  

Specificity: Human transferrin receptor for MAb 7-1. Human soluble transferrin receptor and complex between soluble tansferrin receptor and transferin for other MAbs.  

Applications: Detection of human soluble transferrin receptor. MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pairs for ELISA (coating - conjugate): 11F5 - 7F8 2B6 - 11F5 7F8 - 23D10 10D2 - 13E4 5B11 - 2B6 10D2 - 13E4 Best pair (coating - conjugate): 23D10 - 13E4 All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
