Clones Offered: 22B11 (20-24 a.a.r.) Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with cTnI.  

Specificity: Dephosphorylated form of cTnI, no cross-reaction with mono or biphosphorylated TnI. Please inquire also HyTest Markers of Cardiovascular Diseases catalogue.  

Applications: Detection of dephosphorylated cTnI. MAb is working in Western blotting and ELISA.
