Clones Offered: 9G6, 7F4, 1F2, 7G7, 3D6, 2F3, 1A11, 1C11, 2G3, 1F11, 7A9, 7E7 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with free human cTnT (MAb 2F3, 7G7, 2G3, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11, 3D6, 7A9, 7F4), bovine TnT (MAb 1F2) or human Tn complex (MAb 7E7).  

Specificity: MAbs 1F2, 2F3, 7A9, 7F4, 7G7, 2G3, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11 and 3D6 have no cross-reaction with skeletal TnT. Cross-reactivity of MAb 7E7 with cardiac TnI is 5 %. Additional comprehensive information about matched pairs for different types of immunoassays, affinity constants and cross-reactivity with different forms of antigens and antigens from different species (rat, mouse, canine, bovine, porcine, monkey) is available. Applications: TnT immunoassay and TnT immunoaffinity purification. It is possible to use following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 1C11-9G6, 1C11-7F4, 7G7-9G6, 7G7-1C11, 7G7-2F3, 1C11-7E7 Best capture antibodies for BIAcore are 1C11, 7A9, 9G6, 7G7.
