MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb LT98  

Clones Offered: LT98 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with activated normal human blood lymphocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LT98 reacts with surface cell antigen CD98 (MW 80 kDa). Working dilution 1:500.  

Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate activated cells.  

Presentation: Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD98 is found in low density on all normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. Expression of CD98 is greatly enhanced under activation of lymphocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
