Clones Offered: B2 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of P3-X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with early proteins of cytomegalovirus.  

Specificity: MAb B2 reacts with 65 kDa protein of cytomegalovirus.  

Applications: Detection of cytomegalovirus in ELISA and Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
