Clones Offered: InA4, InA16, InA88, InA97, InA134, InA139 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Influenza A/NewCaledonia/20/99 (strain H1N1) derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs.  

Specificity: Influenza A haemagglutinin H1.  

Applications: Influenza A haemagglutinin 1 (H1) immunodetection in direct or indirect ELISA, sandwich immunoassay, Western Blotting. Recommended pairs for Influenza A H1 in sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): InA97 – InA134 InA4 – InA134. All pairs detect H1 of Influenza A as well as recombinant H1 with high specificity and do not interact with haemagglutinin H3.
