MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs LX32, LX99 and LZH1 IgG2a for MAbs LZF7, LZG5 and LZG7 IgM for MAb LZA2  

Clones Offered: LX32, LX99, LZF7, LZG5, LZG7, LZH1 and LZA2  

Specificity: MAbs recognize Listeria monocytogenes outer membrane fraction. All MAbs (except LX32 and LX99) recognize also intact L. monocytogenes cells.  

Applications: Detection of Listeria monocytogenes in indirect ELISA and Western blotting. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): LZH1 - LZF7.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose, except MAb LZA2 is purified by euglobulin precipitation.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
