Clones Offered: KFB16, KFB34, KFB42 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant protein CFP10 M. tuberculosis H37RV.

Applications: MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pair for sandwich ELISA is (coating – conjugate): KFB16 – KFB42
