Clones Offered: Ru6, 3D2 New MAbs: Ru5, 1C11 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified Rubella virus, strain HPV72.  

Specificity: MAbs Ru6 and Ru5 react with structural glycoprotein E1, MAb 3D2 reacts with structural glycoprotein E2 and MAb 1C11 reacts with structural core protein.  

Applications: Detection of Rubella virus in ELISA and immunoblotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
