MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAbs SvB3, SvE2 IgG2b for MAb SvA1  

Clones Offered: SvA1, SvB3, SvE2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with lyophilized Salmonella virchow, serotype C.  

Specificity: All MAbs react with Salmonella virchow, serotype C. MAbs SvB3 and SvE2 cross-react with S. typhimurium. MAbs SvA1 and SvB3 bind LPS. MAb SvE2 binds a protein of approximately 38-40 kDa in Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
