MoAb Isotype: IgG2a for MAb TP3  

Clones Offered: TP3 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with tachizoites lysate.  

Specificity: TP3 reacts with p30 membrane protein in ELISA and immunoblotting.  

Applications: Detection of Toxoplasma gondii. MAb is working in ELISA, Western blotting and immunofluorescence.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
