Clones Offered: Tr33 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with formalin inactivated Tr. pallidum in vitro cultivated strain N8.  

Specificity: Tr. pallidum MAb reacts with ultrasonicated lysates of Tr. pallidum and Tr. reiter.  

Applications: Detection of Tr. pallidum in ELISA and Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
