Source: Human brain. Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1 and 2 antibodies, and syphilis.  

Analysis: Purity > 60 % (SDS-PAGE)  

Reactivity: Does not react with anti-neuron specific enolase in ELISA and Western blotting.  

Immunological Activity: Determined in 45 mM imidazole, pH 6.8, 45 mM KCl, 1.33 mM Mg2SO4, 1 mM 2-PG.
