Clones Offered: 12B5 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with duck gizzard caldesmon (heavy chain).  

Specificity: MAb 12B5 reacts with heavy and light forms of human, duck and chicken caldesmon. MAb 12B5 does not cross-react with other proteins. Kd=10-12 M  

Applications: Detection of caldesmon. Immunoaffinity purification of caldesmon. MAb 12B5 works in ELISA and immunoblotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
