MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: A1A3, A3G7, A4D12, A7B5 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with egg white avidin.  

Specificity: MAbs are specific to egg white avidin. No cross-reaction with human and animal serum proteins and streptavidin. MAbs bind with high efficiency to different epitopes of avidin molecule. All MAbs react with avidin without interfering with its biotin-binding activity.  

Applications: MAbs are working in ELISA, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. Recommended pairs (coating - conjugate): A4D12 - A7B5, A3G7 - A7B5
