MoAb Isotype: IgG for MAb 1H6A5  

Clones Offered: 1H6A5 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with bovine brain Go-protein.  

Specificity: MAb 1H6A5 reacts with alpha-subunit of Go-protein from bovine brain. MAb 1H6A5 cross-reacts with alpha-subunit of Gi-protein from bovine brain. MAb 1H6A5 does not cross-react with beta- and gamma- subunits of Go-protein from bovine brain.  

Applications: Detection of alpha-subunit of Go-protein. Immunoaffinity purification of Go- and Gi- proteins. MAb 1H6A5 works in ELISA and Western blotting.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
