MoAb Isotype: IgG1, kappa for MAb 3D6  

Clones Offered: 3D6 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified rat MHC class II proteins.  

Specificity: MHC class II RT-1B antigen MAb reacts with monomorphic determinant on beta chain of RT-1B molecules. MAb 3D6 does not cross-react with RT-1A,-C,-D rat MHC products.  

Applications: MAb 3D6 works in immunofluorescence and flow cytometry, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunochemistry on frozen sections. Enumeration of B cells and monocytes. Localization of B cells/monocytes tissue sections. Affinity purification of RT-1B antigen of different haplotypes. Characterization of leukemia and lymphomas.
