Clones Offered: Adn3, Adn10, Adn17, Adn18, Adn20, Adn23 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant adiponectin (from E. coli)  

Specificity: Human serum adiponectin.  

Applications: All MAbs react with human serum adiponectin in Western blotting. MAb Adn18 recognises specifically HMW form of adiponectin in WB. MAb Adn23 recognises the whole spectrum of oligomeric forms of adiponectin after non-heating, non-reducing SDS-PAGE.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose
