MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 3D11, B8, G9, H10 IgG2a for MAbs E6, E10 IgG2b for MAb H2  

Clones Offered: 3D11 New MAbs: B8, E6, E10, G9, H2, H10 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified beta-subunit of cholera toxin.  

Specificity: Beta-subunit of cholera toxin All MAbs react with cholera toxin. MAb 3D11 reacts also with E. coli heat labile enterotoxin. Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 10-6.  

Applications: Detection of cholera toxin in ELISA. MAb E10 works also in Western blotting  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
