MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb CORT-1 IgG2a for MAb XM210 IgG3 for MAbs CORT-2  

Clones Offered: XM210, CORT-1, CORT-2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with conjugate of purified cortisol with BSA.  

Specificity: XM210 - cortisol, Ka = 1.7 x 109 M-1 CORT-1 and CORT-2 – cortisol-BSA conjugate and free cortisol. There is no cross-reactivity with BSA. For further cross-reactivity information see the printable version.  

Applications: Detection of cortisol. CORT-1 and CORT-2 can be used in competitive assay of cortisol.  

Purity: XM210 is purified by ion exchange chromatography and CORT-1 and CORT-2 by chromatography on protein G Sepharose.  

Presentation: CORT-1 and CORT-2 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) XM210 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% of sodium azide (NaN3)
