MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 1H2 and 3B6  

Clones Offered: 1H2, 3B6 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Diphteria toxoid.  

Specificity: MAbs react with different determinants of Diphteria toxin and anatoxin. They do not react with free A or B subunits of Diphteria toxin.  

Applications: Detection of Diphteria toxin by different immunochemical techniques. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 3B6 - 1H2.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
