Clones Offered: S222, S643 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant St. aureus enterotoxin B expressed in E. coli  

Specificity: Enterotoxin B of St. aureus MAbs do not cross-react with St. aureus enterotoxins A, C, D and E.  

Applications: Detection of staphylococcal enterotoxins in ELISA. Recommended pair for immunoassay of St. aureus enterotoxin B (coating - conjugate): S222 - S643.
