Clones Offered: 3G7, 4F8, 4F12, 5F10, 9C10, 10H1 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant leptin.  

Specificity: MAbs recognize recombinant human leptin and leptin circulating in human blood.  

Applications: Leptin immunoassay. MAbs were tested in sandwich immunoassay with human blood samples. All recommended pairs recognize antigen in human blood with high sensitivity. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture - conjugate): 3G7 - 4F12 4F12 - 3G7 3G7 - 9C10 4F12 - 10H1
