Anti-NMDA Receptor, NR1 Subunit. Affinity purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Antigen: Fusion protein containing amino acids 1-564 of the NR1 subunit of rat NMDA Receptor. Antibody Specificity: Specific for the ~120k NR1 subunit of the NMDAR protein in Western blots of rat brain hippocampal homogenate. Also recognizes the NR1 subunit in human and mouse brain extracts.
