MoAb Isotype: IgG for MAb P1 IgG1 for MAb PRL2  

Clones Offered: PRL2, P1 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with prolactin.  

Specificity: High affinity for prolactin.  

Applications: EIA, Western blotting. MAb PRL2 is also suitable for affinity purification of prolactin.  

Purity: Ion exchange chromatography  

Presentation: 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3)
