MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs OP-3 and OP-4  

Clones Offered: OP-3, OP-4 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human PTH.  

Specificity: MAb OP-3 recognizes epitope located at the C-terminal 53-84 amino acid residues of human PTH. MAb OP-4 recognizes epitope located at the N-terminal 1-34 amino acid residues of human PTH.  

Applications: Detection of human PTH in ELISA.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
