Clones Offered: 5E6, 5F9, 12G9 New MAbs: 11A16, 5G4, 6A6 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with thyroglobulin from human thyroid gland.  

Specificity: MAbs specifically recognize human thyroglobulin and do not interfere with anti-thyroglobulin autoantibodies. MAb 5F9 cross-reacts with bovine thyroglobulin. MAb 12G9 cross-reacts with bovine, pig, cat, rat, dog and mouse thyroglobulins.  

Applications: Detection of human thyroglobulin in two-site enzyme immunoassay. Recommended pairs (coating – conjugate): 11A16 – 5G4 11A16 – 6A6 5F9 – 5E6  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
