MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs  

Clones Offered: 11E4, 7G12, 10C7, 5E8, TSB1, TSB4 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with TSH from human pituitary gland.  

Specificity: MAb 11E4 specifically recognizes β-subunit of human TSH. MAbs 7G12, 10C7 and 5E8 specifically recognize the whole molecule of TSH. MAbs 7G12, 10C7 and 5E8 do not cross-react with human. LH, FSH, HCG MAbs TSB1 and TSB4 specifically recognize β-subunit of human TSH. MAbs TSB1 and TSB4 do not cross-react with human LH, FSH, HCG.  

Applications: Detection of human TSH in two-site enzyme immunoassay. Recommended pairs (capture - conjugate): 11E4 - 7G12, 10C7 - 5E8, TSB1 - TSB4 (fab fragments)  

Purity: MAbs 11E4, 7G12, 10C7 and 5E8 by chromatography on protein A Sepharose MAbs TSB1 and TSB4 by ion exchange chromatography  

Presentation: MAbs 11E4, 7G12, 10C7 and 5E8 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3) MAbs TSB1 and TSB4 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3)
