Clones Offered: C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human CRP.  

Specificity: Human CRP. Specific antibody titer in ELISA > 10 -6.  

Applications: CRP immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. MAbs C1 and C4 recognize human CRP also in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): C2 - C6 C5 - C6 C7 - C6 C5 - C7  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
