MoAb Isotype: IgM for MAb X91  

Clones Offered: X91 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with affinity purified human CA19-9 antigen.  

Specificity: CA19-9 antigen  

Applications: Detection of CA19-9 antigen in immunoassays. MAb is working in immunohistochemistry (see picture in printable version).  

Purity: Ion exchange chromatography.  

Presentation: 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05 % sodium azide (NaN3)
