Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), antibody
Product Information Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), antibody. Description: Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), antibody. MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for all MAbs Clones Offered: 1C3, 1C7, 1C13, 1C10, 1C11 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human natural tumor-derived purified CEA antigen. Specificity: CEA antigen MAb 1C13: epitope specificity group II MAb 1C3: epitope specificity group IV, cross-reactive with NCA2 MAb 1C7: epitope specificity group IV MAb 1C11: epitope specificity group IVa or IV/VI MAb 1C10: epitope specificity is not determined Epitope specificity is given per ISOBM classification. MAbs are not cross-reacting with human leukocytes in cytofluorometry. Applications: Detection of CEA antigen in EIA. MAbs 1C7, 1C11 and 1C13 are working in Western Blotting. All MAbs (except MAb 1C13) can be used in immunohistochemistry. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate):1C7 - 1C10, 1C11 - 1C10 Purity: Ion exchange chromatography.
