Clones Offered: 2B11 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with dopamine conjugated with bovine serum albumin.  

Specificity: Catecholamine Affinity of MAb 2B11: Kd = 10-8 for DA-BSA Kd = 10-7 for NA-BSA Kd = 10-4 for unconjugated DA At 1 µM MAb 2B11 inhibits dopamine binding to D-2 receptor in membrane P-2 fraction from human Corpus striatum.  

Applications: Immunocytochemistry detection of catecholamine-secreted cells.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
