MoAb Isotype: IgG for MAbs SA7 and SA8  

Clones Offered: SA7, SA8 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified fas-antigen (31K) from Jurkat and HeLa cell lines dopamine conjugated with bovine serum albumin.  

Specificity: SA7 and SA8 recognize two different epitopes exposed on the extracellural fas-antigen domain.  

Applications: Suitable for fas-antigen determination in cell lysates and bioptates by ELISA and WB.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
