Clones Offered: 1F7, 26E7, 49D2 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with fibrinopeptide A conjugated with a carrier protein.  

Specificity: Fibrinopeptide A region in the alpha-chain of fibrinogen and free fibrinopeptide A.  

Applications: Fibrinogen and fibrinopeptide A immunoassay. For specific fibrinogen detection we recommend using anti-fibrinopeptide A MAbs for coating and anti-fibrinogen MAbs for conjugation. Recommended pairs (coating - conjugate): 49D2 (anti-fibrinopeptide A) - 40F11 (anti-fibrinogen) 1F7 (anti-fibrinopeptide A) - 1F3 (anti-fibrinogen) 26E7 (anti-fibrinopeptide A) - 27C8 (anti-fibrinogen)
