MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 2E9  

Clones Offered: 2E9 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified beta-galactosidase of E. coli.  

Specificity: Beta-galactosidase of E. coli MAb 2E9 reacts with beta-galactosidase of E. coli and Aspergillus oryzae. Cross-reactivity with beta-galactosidase from bovine liver is less than 10 %. MAb does not influence on enzyme activity.  

Applications: Detection of beta-galactosidase expressed by LacZ gene in cloned sequences.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
