MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAbs 3G1, 10D12, 17B6, 6F1, 6G5, 7B9, 8G7, 9F5, 11C10, 5B8 IgG2a for MAb 10H5 IgG2b for MAb 1G6  

Clones Offered: 1G6, 3G1, 10H5, 10D12, 17B6, 6F1, 6G5, 7B9, 8G7, 9F5. New MAbs: 11C10, 5B8 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human GPBB.  

Specificity: MAbs 1G6, 7B9, 6G5, 8G7 and 11C10 are reacting with BB isoenzyme. MAbs 3G1, 10H5, 10D12, 17B6, 6F1, 9F5 and 5B8 are reacting with BB and MM isoenzymes.  

Applications: GPBB immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in Western blotting. Best pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 1G6 - 6F1, 1G6 - 9F5, 6F1 - 7B9, 17B6 - 10H5. Important note: it is recommended to use three-step assay, since signal is low in one-step and two-step assays.
