Clones Offered: HSP20-11 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice, immunized with recombinant human HSP20.  

Specificity: Human recombinant HSP20 protein and HSP20 from human and rat cardiac tissue extracts.  

Applications: HSP20 detection in ELISA, Western blotting and immunofluorescent cell culture staining.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
