Clones Offered: Ab-BNP2, Ab-BNP4 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with immune complex formed by Fab-fragment of BNP-specific MAb 24C5 (Cat.# 4BNP2) and synthetic human BNP.  

Specificity: Human BNP and proBNP in immune complex with MAb 24C5  

Applications: BNP and proBNP sandwich immunoassays (detection), only as a pair to MAb 24C5.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
