MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb 3C10 IgM for MAb 2B5  

Clones Offered: 2B5, 3C10 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgA from human colostrum.  

Specificity: Alfa-1-subclass specific. Relatively high affinity. No allotype restriction.  

Applications: Detection of IgA1 and antibodies of IgA1 subclass in ELISA.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein A Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
