MoAb Isotype: IgG for MAbs 5A9 and 3D3 IgG1 for MAb CH1 IgG2b for MAb 2A11  

Clones Offered: 5A9, 3D3, CH1, 2A11 Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with IgG from human serum.  

Specificity: Class-specific for human IgG. No allotype restriction. Relatively high affinity. No cross-reactivity with human IgA, IgM, IgE. MAbs 5A9, 3D3 and CH1 are Fc-region specific. MAb 2A11 is Fab-region specific Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA  

Applications: Detection of specific IgG antibodies and total IgG level.  

Purity: Chromatography on protein G Sepharose  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
