MoAb Isotype: IgG1 for MAb LNK16  

Clones Offered: LNK16 Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood granulocytes.  

Specificity: MAb LNK16 reacts with CD16 antigen (MW 55 kDa). Working dilution 1:5000.  

Applications: MAb can be used to enumerate human NK cells and classify cases of lymphoma.  

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Comments: CD16 is found on all granulocytes and NK cells. CD16 is present on 11 +/- 7 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1 %) as preservative.
